Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Joint Marketing | A formal agreement between Public Employees Credit Union and a non-affiliated financial company where we jointly market financial products or services to you.

Data Deletion Right
User data collected through online banking channels is automatically deleted within 90 days. As a member you have the right to request the deletion of any data we collected from you at any time, subject to certain exceptions. After receiving your request for data deletion, we will verify your request for deletion. If no exception applies we will delete any personal information we have collected from you.
